 Shipping and returns shouldn’t be comme.plicated. Here is the jist of things:

  • FREE shipping for Australian & New Zealand orders over $30, otherwise $10. 
  • $15 shipping everywhere else. 
  • We would like you to return anything you’re unhappy with. You won’t hurt our feelings, promise.

SHIPPING

How long, how much?

Australia & New Zealand:

At comme.co we like to be quick, we'll send your order to you the next working day and a courier will deliver it to your letterbox within 3 to 10 working days. New Zealand can sometimes take a wee little bit longer (outside of our control!). Shipping for orders over $30 are FREE or it is $10 for orders under $30. Yippee! 

Rest of World:

We'll send your order to you wherever in the world you are for $15.  We'll send your order the next working day via Australia Post, and depending where you are it will take 10 - 30 days to arrive.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You should get a tracking number at the time of dispatch with tracking details.

Where is my order my order?

If you haven't received your order within the mentioned time above, send us an email at hello@comme.co and we'll look into it for you.

RETURNS

What’s your return policy?
We accept product in new condition in its original packaging for a full refund. If you’re in AU, you have 20 business days to return items after you receive your shipment. If you’re outside the AU, you have 30 business days. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

What if I want to exchange my stuff?
Return the original items for a full refund and place a new order.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Repackage the item(s) you wish to return along with the original invoice and send them back to us at the following address:

  2. Once we receive your item(s) we will try to super speedily refund your purchase back onto the original card it was placed on.
